It believes in the importance of caring for the environment especially because it relies on agricultural products on its business. Starbucks Company partnered with Conservation International in order to expand their partnership in environmental protective efforts beyond coffee farms and into the surrounding landscape. In collaboration with Conservation International, Starbuck has developed workable coffee growing practices that help in improvement of small scale farmers and natural ecosystem all over the globe. Starbucks has also struggled to conduct its business operations in an ethical style. It has a Business Ethics Compliance program that supports its mission during the globalization process. It helps to protect the reputation of culture of the company while providing quality services worldwide (Selby 98).
