Dear Sir or Madam,
I am hereby writing to submit a claim on ordered goods that were not delivered. On 4/11/2010 I ordered 5 cartons of liquid detergent and 2 boxes of adult diapers all amounting to a total of $5000 from Unilever International Company. I paid $2500 as deposit in accordance with the sales agreement but I never received my order because as I came to learn, Unilever International Company went into administration on 6/11/2010.
I have tried several times to reclaim the money from my card provider but I have not been successful. I therefore wish to submit a claim for $2500 as the deposit for the goods i had ordered to you as the administrators for Unilever International Company.
I am kindly requesting you to look into this matter and acknowledge this letter within 21 days failure to which I may be forced to take legal action against Unilever International Company.
