Responsibility of the Organization

Inevitably, every organization wants to fly high and want to see its earning momentum but the mediums of earning must be ethical and good (Needless, K and Susan, 2001). To overweigh on the problems many authors, corporations and corporate executives have identified the corporate social responsibilities of the organization on which the organizations have to accentuate. Basically organization is a place in which different people work together for the achievement of a specific goal. Now, what the meaning of goal? Is it only profit or something else? Many authors have presented their ideas regarding the goals of the organizations, but one definite answer is yet to be sought (Dag, L and Von, 2007). In an organization people belong to different mind set and demographics works to achieve a specific goal that is why the organizations or businesses have been called as the world of different cultures. There are hundreds of departments working in an organization and every department has its own responsibility towards the achievement of goal (Dag, L and Von, 2007). Anyways, we talked about the goal of an organization. Truly, at the commencement of the operations of an organization, the main theme of every organization is to increase the pace of revenues, but later on the stance becomes blurring because of the arrival of new issues (Dag, L and Von, 2007).

Employees have been referred as the backbone for every organization, as without them an organization can not sustain (Needless, K and Susan, 2001). Friedman argued that employees are the lifeblood for an organization and they have to be entertained in a well educated and professional manner. Corporate Executives and organizations have to ensure that the employees are fruitfully entertained. Friedman is careful to note that the corporate executive has direct responsibility to his employers, the shareholders. He is also careful to argue that this is not necessarily the manager's sole responsibility; there is, after all, the duty to conform to the basic rules of the society (Needless, K and Susan, 2001).

The biggest responsibility of the organization towards their employees is to provide a workable and congenial environment for working. The environment should be well versed and health and according to the compliance of act of human resources management. Organizations have to provide training and development for their employees in order to sustain the employees within the organization (Needless, K and Susan, 2001).

The main perspective of this study is related to a case study of a hypothetical company wherein different issues have been identified. The issue which has been selected for this particular assignment to resolve is the issue of the employee. The hypothetical company does not award its employees with any sort of overtime compensation. In the hunger of profitability, the company delegate high amount of work to its employees which not only degraded the company’s mark from the minds of the employees but also increased the un-satisfaction level in them.

Every employee works for money and if the pay would not received according to the efforts then motivational factor of the employees will decrease automatically and most of the times it increase the employee’s turnover from an organization. This issue can be resolved completely by considering below mentioned recommendations.
