The Students Services department will be conducting focus group discussions in all the university’s 13 campuses. The aim of these focus group discussions is to change the events offered by the department with a view to making them even better. The goal is to come up with insights on what services do the students prefer and their views on how we can enhance the current services that are being offered by the department.
The objectives of this study are to establish ways of enhancing the current services that are being offered by the university’s students’ service department. Specifically, we shall seek to:
n Obtain feedback from students on the quality of our current services.
n Get insights from students on how we can improve our current services.
n Gather views from students on additional services which the students feel should be offered by the department.
Our participants will be drawn from students in the university’s 13 campuses. In addition, these students must be using the services of the students’ services department. The year of study of the participants will not be taken into consideration.
